Shipping policy

Orders ship from Oakland, California, within 2-5 business days. If you choose Priority shipping at checkout, we do our best to get your order out within 48 hours.

United States

Shipping is free on all US orders. Orders ship via USPS and typically arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping. Priority shipping is available at checkout for an additional charge and typically arrives in 2 to 3 business days after shipping. You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Canada

We ship to Canada, most often with DHL. Shipping is free on orders over $250 CAD; below that, rates are calculated at checkout. All duties and taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. Canadian orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days after shipping.

Other countries

We're not currently shipping outside the US and Canada. If you're somewhere else and want a piece, email us at info@loribonn.com and we'll see what we can do.

Holiday orders

To arrive by December 24, US orders should be placed by December 15 and Canadian orders by December 5.
